Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use thick gel soap or hand sanitizers in this dispenser?
A: Yes. It is fully compatible with various liquids including hand wash, dish soap, shampoo, and moisturizers. For extremely thick liquid soap, we recommend diluting it slightly with water for a smooth flow.
Q: How accurate is the infrared automatic motion sensor?
A: Extremely accurate. Powered by 2025 upgraded 4.0 sensor technology, it instantly detects your hand within the sensing area and dispenses soap within 0.25 seconds without touch.
Q: Is the body waterproof enough for kitchen and bathroom placement?
A: Absolutely. It features an IPX4 waterproof rating and a tightly sealed base block to protect the internal battery compartment from moisture, splashes, and counter water.
Q: How long does the battery typically last before needing a change?
A: Highly efficient engineering ensures that a fresh set of batteries provides continuous touchless operation for several months under normal daily household use.
Q: What is the benefit of the 3-level volume settings?
A: It allows you to choose between 0.6s, 1.2s, or 1.8s dispensing times to control the exact amount of soap you need, helping prevent waste and making your soap last longer.
Customer Reviews
Kids Love It!
Getting my kids to wash their hands used to be a chore, but they love this automatic dispenser. Itβs waterproof, sleek, and the visible window means I always know when it's time for a refill.
Perfect Volume Control
The three adjustable soap levels are perfect. I set it low for quick hand washes and higher for heavy dish cleanups. The battery lasts ages, and the stainless finish matches beautifully.
